Chair Fitness & Yoga
Class taught from a chair. We use free weights, resistance bands and Pilates rings to get a full body workout and finish class with a yoga inspired stretch series from the chair. (Be sure to bring your exercise shoes!)
Pilates provides improved flexibility, muscle tone, body balance, spinal support, low back health, sports performance and body-mind awareness.

A little bit of everything: cardio, muscle building, core work and yoga stretch.
